These nightly prices are based on 1-2 person occupancy and include breakfast. Local taxes (17%) are NOT included. An additional $25 U.S. is charged per person per night for all persons over 2 per room.
There is a 10% discount on stays 7 nights or longer.
During the months of June and July we offer the Summer discount of 10% off stays 1-3 nights in duration and 25% off for stays of 4 nights or longer.
We have Special Group Rates dependent on the season, number of guests and length of stay. Please inquire when you email for reservations.
Payments can be made using Mexican pesos and U.S. dollars. We do not accept credit cards nor personal checks.
We have Special Rates for groups which vary dependent of number of guests, length of stay and season. For the entire house to be rented, a minimum of a two night stay is required. We have nightly rates for groups up to 36 guests. Please email us for group prices.

These pricing rates and reservation requirements apply to our regular season & do NOT apply to Day of the Dead reservations. Because of the sheer volume of demand for the Day of the Dead reservations, guest rooms can not be reserved unless the guest making the reservation reserves and pays for the maximum number of guests the room can accommodate.
